Reach My Patient’s mission is to improve communication between provider and patient, bettering both the provider’s
service and customer experience. Based in Kansas City, our goal is to help our clients eliminate missed appointments and
build a loyal patient base.
Reach My Patient's solutions provide any medical provider, office, clinic or management organization
with a complete set of services to connect with your patients in the communication medium that they desire. We allow you to keep your patients
informed by SMS (text), Email or over the phone about their upcoming appointments or let them know about lab results that have just arrived. Whatever
the message is we provide you with a very easy and intuitive solution that allows you to do what you do best - take care of your patients!

We recognize that our solutions for many can be complicated and some what intimidating due to the complexity of the technical aspects of our solutions. That is
why a key aspect of every new client setup is to provide our Guided approach so that you will have someone working with you through
the new pieces of your patient communication service. We use this approach to ensure no steps are missed and more importantly no steps are overcomplicated in
technical speak.
Management Team
Bruce Chan, Founder-CEO
Bruce Chan is the CEO and founder of Reach My Patient. He has 10 years of healthcare management experience with expertise in
creating patient loyalty programs and implementing operational improvements at a national multi-hospital system. He has managed several outpatient
clinics, a hospital’s patient access department and ran several process improvement initiatives in physician clinics.
Reach My Patient is Bruce’s second technology company. He previously operated an on-line real estate listing service. Bruce has
an accounting degree from Pacific Union College and a MBA from the University of Central Florida. He is an ASQ (American Society of Quality) Certified
Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Healthcare Executive from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Tom Walls, Partner
Tom Walls provides over 17 years of technical expertise in the field of Email, SMS and telecommunications systems. Tom has served as a CIO of an
regional transcription company and a senior architect on other health related projects.
Ray Levi, Partner
Ray Levi provides over 19 years of technical expertise in enterprise and specifically health care related systems. Ray served as a senior architect of an
regional transcription company and a senior architect on other health related projects.
